Pass Authenticity
• Passes will be issued only through our official WhatsApp number (+91 95869 58677).
• Any passes obtained from other sources may be fraudulent and will not be considered valid for entry.
Entry Passes
• Entry is strictly permitted only with a valid pass.
• E-passes (digital or printed) must be presented at the entry gate for verification
• Passes, once purchased, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Each pass is unique to the attendee. Any form of duplication, resale, or misuse will result in denial of entry and may attract legal action.
Dress Code
• Traditional/Cultural attire is mandatory.
• Entry may be denied to anyone not adhering to the dress code, at the discretion of the organizers.
Security & Access
• All attendees will undergo mandatory security checks.
• The following items are strictly prohibited:
o Weapons or sharp objects
o Alcohol, tobacco, or narcotics
o Outside food or beverages
• Re-entry will not be permitted once you exit the venue
Lost or Stolen Items
• The organizers are not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen belongings.
• Attendees are advised to take care of their personal items.
Pets
• Pets are not allowed inside the venue.
Photography & Videography
• Mobile photography and videography for personal use is permitted.
• DSLRs or professional equipment are not allowed without prior written approval from the organizers.
Parking & Accessibility
• Please note that parking is at the attendee’s own risk.
• The organizers shall not be held responsible for any loss of or damage to the vehicle or its contents.
Children Policy
• Children under 15 years of age do not require a pass.
• Organizers may request valid age proof at the gate, if necessary.
Food & Beverage
• Outside food or drinks are strictly prohibited.
Code of Conduct
• All attendees are expected to maintain decorum and respectful behavior.
• Any form of harassment, misconduct, or disturbance will lead to immediate removal from the venue without refund.
• Please respect fellow attendees, performers, volunteers, and event staff.
Cancellation / Postponement
• In case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, safety issues, or other force majeure events, the organizers reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the event.
• No refunds will be issued unless explicitly announced by the organizers.
Liability Disclaimer
• The organizers are not liable for any personal loss, injury, theft, or damage to property during the event.
• Attendees enter the venue at their own risk.
